The Blackout - Host: Teque'ila

"The BlackOut" shines a light on the Black excellence, activism and culture suppressed by the majority. Our goal is to discuss issues and provide solutions to socio-economics and social injustices across the African Diaspora. 

 

Teque'lia Lewis is an HBCU graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a B.S. of Communication Studies and MBA graduate of Strayer University.

 

She is the 2016 Inaugural Miss Black and Natural Texas representing Black women in their natural beauty and essence. Mother of two amazing boys. Activist for Black Unity and Justice. Helping Black people across the African Diaspora gain knowledge on the history, influence and future uprising of the Black community.
